Roughly 1,400 votes separate 22nd district Congressional winner, Democrat Anthony Brindisi from Republican incumbent Claudia Tenney, but the number of absentee, affadavit, military and provisional ballots may approach 20,000.

Those won’t be counted until Tuesday. Tenney is not conceding. Brindisi is planning to go to Washington in two months.
