Blossvale Women Pleads Guilty to Vehicular Manslaughter and Could Face up to 21 Years in State Prison

A Blossvale woman has pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter in the death of an 87-year-old Utica woman.

Jennifer Pritchard was also ticketed for DWI shortly after the February crash. She crossed a double line, hitting a car that 87-year-old Janet Moskal, of Utica, was driving. Pritchard will be sentenced July 9th to six and a half to 21 years in state prison. Her minimum exposure at trial would have been 15 years.
