City of Utica Taking Owners of Olbiston Apartments to State Supreme Court for Failing to Bring the Building Up to Code

The City of Utica is taking the owners of Olbiston Apartments to State Supreme Court for allegedly failing to bring the building up to code. A 2017 inspection revealed that the building’s roof and stairs needed repair.

Mayor Robert Palmieri says he is keeping a close eye on the situation and will take whatever action necessary to make sure Utica residents are safe.
