DA: Naythen Aubain Now Fit to Stand Trial in Brutal Killings

UTICA – Oneida County District Attorney Scott McNamara says Naythen Aubain has been declared competent to stand trial in the brutal death of his grandmother and landlord.

He faces two counts of First Degree Murder, for allegedly stabbing his 90-year-old grandmother and their 87-year-old landlord in the neck, killing them. Aubain was 29 at the time.

Aubain will be in court sometime next week, to begin the trial process.
