They’ll have applications and firefighters will be available to answer questions about volunteering and helping your community. A Bus Trip to visit the Corning Museum of Glass will depart from Clinton and Herkimer. Ever thought of glass as more than just something you drink out of? Browse 3500 years of glassmaking history in their collection galleries, then watch glass come to life during the live Hot Glass Demos. Travel through centuries of glassmaking, from the early core forming of the Mesopotamians, to the beautiful stained glass windows of Louis Comfort Tiffany.
