The Johnstown Music Support Group’s 6th annual Ducky Derby is at the Johnstown Cemetery Bridge on North Perry Street. Fun for the whole family with $600 in prize money, plus hamburgers and hot dog available! See the event on Facebook for more information.
The Charleston Historical Society will be hosting a program titled, “History of the Mabee Farm,” featuring guest speaker, author Michael Diana. Michael grew up in Guilderland and has long been fascinated with the natural and historic landscape of the Mohawk Valley. He studied history at Hamilton College and returned to Schenectady where he currently works as the Programs and Education Manager at the Schenectady County Historical Society. The Charleston Historical Society’s headquarters is on Polin Road in the Town of Charleston. Follow NYS Route 30A south outside of Fultonville to the Town of Charleston. Take a right off of Route 30A on to Polin Road to the Charleston Historical Society's headquarters. Refreshments will follow the program. The program is free and open to the public.
