Governor Cuomo Signs Bill to Give Unlimited Sick Leave to First Responders From 9/11

Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a bill on Monday that will give first responders who assisted on 9/11 unlimited sick leave.

Under the bill, eligible workers will receive 100% of their regular salary while on unlimited sick leave. This will date back all the way to their diagnosis.
