ONEONTA – First, it got loud, then it got physical.
An Oneonta man is charged with harassment and assault, after a noise complaint allegedly got physical.
State Police say two people had a disagreement with Kenneth Friedlander over the volume of his music playing outside his trailer.
A woman says Friedlander punched her in the face, giving her a black eye. Another claims she was punched in the mouth and suffered two broken teeth.
