Some National Grid Customers Still Without Power After Strong Winds

Strong winds Sunday and yesterday folded highway signs like paper, forced power lines, and trees on to roadways and homes, and left thousands without power.

As of 11 last night, around 1700 National Grid customers were still without power in Oneida County, with that number dwindling with every 15-minute update on National Grids website. Estimated restoration time is 6:30 pm.
