Plea Deal Offered to the New York Mills Man Facing Multiple Charges After Sending a Note and Faxes to the Oneida County Office Building

The New York Mills man charged with stalking, forgery and criminal impersonation for allegedly sending a harassing note and faxes to the Oneida County Office building, has been offered a plea deal, to plead to the count of criminal impersonation.

Fifty-seven-year-old Scott Phillips is due back in Oneida County Court next month to accept or reject the offer.
