Thieves break into medieval French cathedral using tree trunk strapped to car

MacArthur Memorial Library(NEW YORK) -- After 77 years buried unidentified in a cemetery in Manila, Philippines, the remains of a World War II prisoner of war missing in action (POW/MIA) returned home to Buffalo, New York. New Delhi rations cars to combat deadly air pollution, Supreme Court weighs in
