UTICA – The Utica Zoning Board of Appeals last night heard MVHS’s request for zoning variances for the proposed Downtown Hospital.
The hospital’s current design doesn’t meet the city’s existing zoning parameters for the area. The Zoning Board, however, reserved decision until they can get input from Oneida County officials.
The deadline for County input is Sept. 1.
