Election Day is over, but all of the races aren’t because the counting of absentee ballots goes on.
In the hotly-contested race for the 22nd Congressional District Seat, about 68,000 of them went out, and they could be postmarked by the 3rd, received by the 10th, to be counted.
Republican challenger, Claudia Tenney, is optimistic, touting a 30,000 vote lead.
An early morning email from Tenney says she is ‘strongly confident of victory.’
