UTICA – The man who admitted murdering 17-year-old Bianca Devins last Boilermaker Sunday now says he wants to withdraw that guilty plea, claiming that he felt he was coerced into admitted guilt.
Oneida County Court Judge Michael Dwyer has agreed to assign Brandon Clark a new attorney and let Clark and his new lawyer decide whether or not to withdraw the plea.
Bianca’s family were also in court Tuesday, and expressed disappointment that Clark would continue to “play games” with the court system instead of just expressing remorse and guilt for what he did.
Clark also recorded portions of the brutal stabbing and posted them on social media, prompting Bianca’s murder to go viral worldwide.
