UTICA – You will probably want to pay attention to this traffic alert on a very heavily-traveled off-ramp.
The North Genesee Street southbound off-ramp to Broad and Whitesboro Streets, in Utica, will be closed 6:30 this morning, due to paving operations.
It will reopen today at 5:30 pm.
