COVID Testing Rules Loosened for Nursing Home Visitors

New York State will now allow visitors in nursing homes that remain coronavirus-free for 14 days – That’s down from 28 days.

Visitors must show a verified negative test result prior to entering a nursing home.

The new rule goes into effect Thursday.
