James Street Murder Suspect Turns Self into Utica Poli\

UTICA – The suspect in the murder of Cleastore Jefferson in Utica last month has turned himself in to Utica Police.

Justin Peak, 32, is accused of shooting Jefferson, age 42, to death, on James Street in Utica on July 21.

He’s charged with second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
