Liquor Licenses Suspended for 2 Local Bars Violating Coronavirus Orders

UTICA – The State Liquor Authority has suspended the liquor licenses of two local bars for violating the state’s pandemic regulations for bars and restaurants.

They are Dick Smith’s Tavern, on Schuyler Street in West Utica, and Side Street, on Otsego Street Mohawk.

Investigators with the State Liquor Authority visited both on Friday, and say multiple patrons in both, and, the bartender at Dick Smith’s, weren’t wearing face coverings.
