National Labor Relations Board Launches Probe into Outgoing Remington Arms Owners

Following complaints by the union, the National Labor Relations Board has launched a probe into outgoing Remington Arms owners, who laid off roughly 600 workers, during the company’s recent bankruptcy auction.

The union says the outgoing owners are denying employees severance pay and other benefits, which they’re ensured through their collective bargaining agreement.
