Governor Cuomo has added two states to the state’s travel advisory list, even though five meet the criteria.
Arizona and Maryland are re-added to the list.
New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania meet the criteria, but the governor is only telling residents to avoid non-essential travel in the tri-state area.
People returning from states on the list need to self-isolate for two weeks.
