UTICA – The Utica School Board is expected to vote at tonight’s meeting on whether or not to opt for an all-remote learning plan for the start of the year.
Whatever their decision, it will affect approximately 11,000 students, and 2000 faculty and staff.
Utica Schools are currently planning to move forward with a phased-in hybrid model, of some in-school learning and some remote learning.
A significant percentage of teachers, however, said in a survey that they were not comfortable returning to in-school teaching
