Bobbie O’Brien with the Rome Waterways and Trails Advocacy Group, along with Rome Mayor Jeff Lanigan, invite the public to greet hundreds of cyclists at the Cycle the Erie Welcoming Block Party from 4 to 8 pm this Thursday, July 11, with food, music and entertainment around the Fort Stanwix National Monument.
