Kathy Caruso with Better Together, parent advocate Kim Karcic from Oneida-Madison BOCES and Oneida County Sheriff’s Sgt. Curtis Morgan invite the public to a FREE ‘Pathways for Success’ informational session to help families navigate the many services available for individuals with developmentally disabilities.
