Utica Royalties Executive Director Hawa Peters, along with Proctor junior Berlyn Toleda Valdez and Hawa’s son Sullaman Peters, invite the pubic to the Utica Royalties Grand Opening and Open House Celebration on Tuesday, Feb. 17, from 12 noon to 4 pm at 730 Broadway, 4th Floor, next to the CNY Veterans Outreach Center, to check out the programs they offer to help students find their talents, learn confidence and become less shy.
