Bob Lott and Jim Zecca invite the public to ‘Celebrate America’ as the Seneca Chief replica boat stops at Portofino Restaurant along the Erie Canal tomorrow Thursday, Oct. 9, at 3 pm, followed by a ceremony and tree-planting, then an $18.25 buffet dinner beginning at 4 pm.
