Utica Film Commissioner Paul Buckley and Performing Arts Director Bob Mortis invite the public to Oscar-Nominated Short Films Weekend at Munson this Saturday and Sunday, for three separate sessions from 10 am to 5 pm, to view all the live action, animated and documentary short films that will be considered for an Academy Award. Also, Buckley urges people to submit their 15 minute or less comedy film to be considered for the 2nd Annual Funny Under Fifteen Minutes Comedy Film Festival on March 27-29 at the Hamilton Theater.
